About the owner
Our owner, Melissa, was born in Cali, raised amidst the bustling restaurants of Lima, Peru, and finished school in Miami before returning to Cali to open The Birria Shack. Having served in her family restaurant in Peru at just 11-12 years old, Melissa's love for food runs deep. This passion is rooted in her grandmother’s cooking, which continues to inspire the menu at The Birria Shack.

Our menu boasts a wide array of mouth-watering dishes such as QuesoTacos, Birria Ramen, loaded nachos, loaded fries, and Grilled Cheese Birria. We offer a variety of meats including Birria, Chicken, Asada, and Al Pastor.
